Hi, i'm Emily. I'm 17. this blog is just a lot of motivation to get fit, healthy, and in shape. I'm commiting myself to changing my life style. Not because im fat, or overweight. Just to get super in shape.
My work out plans/motivation poster for over my bed. The daily work outs were written on post it notes that way I can change them as I get stronger. I can’t wait to use it for the first time tomorrow. :)
